Its That Time Again - Blog Hop time

Whats the time it's blog hop time

Hello  you have just come from the talented Andrea Buckland and she has shown us some great projects. We are celebrating the 2014-2015 ESAD Annual Catalogue which is packed full of great stamp sets and loads of accessories.

“What is ESAD?

ESAD stands for "Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators" and is a facebook group just for Australian and New Zealand Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrators.

We love what we do & love to share with our customers, friends and
blog visitors. We also share what we love in our ESAD
Demonstrator community, through swaps, challenges, sharing knowledge, ideas& friendship and we're always there to help and support each other.

So if you are a Stampin' Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand then please feel free to leave me a comment with your email address then I'll contact you with information on how to join our group.”

With these two cards I wanted to show what a little upgrading can do to a card .  They are both exactly the same colours and stamp sets Blackberry Bliss and Hello Honey.

The second card has the Honeycomb Embossing Folder and I have punched an extra decorative Label in Blackberry Bliss, I have also curled up the top flower.

This card is my first attempt at using our new Blendabilities I have used Old Olive and Daffodil Delight.  I had great fun with these and thought the card has come out very well.  The Daffodil Delight cardstock is coloured with our new Dots & Striped Decorative Masks then embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder.

I hope that you enjoy what I have made for you and now it's off the the amazing designer
Sally Williams .  Thank you for coming on the blog hop with me if you have joined here or elsewhere please remember to leave a comment to all of the designers

Simply Stars this is a stamp set that I have only just purchased recently, have only used it a couple of times.  It has so much promise but sadly it is now retiring.

Dress Up Framelits, well what can I say it wasn't a set that I liked when it came out and took me months to buy them.  But I have seen a lot done with these and I love them so you better get in quick if you don't have them.

Thank you for coming on the ESAD bloghop the next stop is the very lovely Richelle Fletcher  please feel free to leave a comment with all of the designers, they do appreciate it.

Well it's time again for another wonderful ESAD Blog Hop, this one using the Occasions Catalogue.  There are so many wonderful stamp sets, ribbons, designer papers etc in this catalogue that everyone participating has chosen one FOCUS item then can use embellishments to make there designs come to life.

You have come here from the talented Libby Dyson who always amazes me with her talented designs.

What is ESAD?

ESAD

on-line group just for Australian and New Zealand Stampin' Up!
demonstrators.

We love what we do & love to share with our customers, friends, and wonderful blog visitors. We also share what we love in our ESAD

you are a Stampin' Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand,
then please feel free to click here to join our wonderful group.

For my projects today I have chosen Peaceful Petals, I love flowers and just had to get this stamp set to use.  I have used sponging on the first two cards starting with the lightest colour then using a darker colour for the centre.

These next cards were a bit of an experiment, I wanted to push the colour boundry's I have used Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive and backed them on Strawberry Slush, I think it works.

I have had some doileis for a while, not knowing what to with them, so I have sponged this one in Crisp Cantaloupe.  I then scrunched it up to give more of a 3-d look.

Now it is off to see what Emily Campbell has in store for us today Emily is another talented designer who produces beautiful designs.

Thank you for taking part in the blog hop today and please  remember to leave a comment or all the designers as they love having feedback on there projects.

You have come to me from the amazingly talented person that is Karlie Ann

Remember to leave a comment for the designers to let them know what you think about there designs.

What is ESAD?

We so love what we do and not only do we love to share it with our customers, friends, and wonderful blog visitors, but we share our love for what we do with each other as demonstrators. For my projects I have chosen the Borders Scoring Plate for the Simply Scored.

I love the borders score plate and hope that you will get some amazing use out of it.

A TIP:

1. When you buy the borders score board it comes with an overlay.  This overlay has a cling film on both sides remember to pull this off, the overlay will then will sit onto your cardstock better.

2.  Ust a piece of sticky note to hold down your cardstock.

We had the amazingly talented Anna Mathieson in our blog hop, but unfortunately she had to pull out but here are a couple of cards I have made using the stamp set that Anna had chosen, also Narelle Hoggard is making  some cards using this stamp set also.

SWALLOWTAIL

Now you are off to check out  Narelle Hoggard and her projects.  I hope that you will sit back and enjoy another fun event brought to you by the Fabulous designers from ESAD.

OMG It's been so long.

OMG I can't believe that I haven't posted since October.  So much has been going on in the last few months its hard to remember.

November: Well in November I was working backstage for the Hawera Repertory production of Little Shop of Horrors, was a great show and enjoyed by all.  And a whole bunch of farming stuff, cows milking, mating.  Also had the Hawera A & P show where Alex had his lamb's and did really well again.  A highlight was having the Pouaki Zoo there and seeing Ken & Ken, Camp Mother & Camp Leader.

December:  Christmas, and New Year during this month, as well as the schools PTA treat which the kids really enjoyed.  I also got a bit of crafting done by making our boss's gift this year and they really loved it.  Also in December we has a fantastic BBQ at Fiona & Bart's and it was great, we got to walk through the zoo after hours.  If you can imagine sitting on a hay bale having a drink and in the not too far distance a lion called Aslan gives us a big roar as he is being put to bed, that was one of my highlights if the night.  The other was having our photos taken with the stuffed pet.
